WhatsApp is about to increase Group Calling limits

Video calling has become an important aspect of our life whether it's a business video conferencing or a video call to relatives or friends. WhatsApp is set to double the voice and video calling limit from 4 to 8 people.

Users of, WhatsApp, with 2 billion monthly users can now enjoy video and voice calling with up to 8 concurrent participants. The WABetaInfo has simply found a new User Interface in the 2.20.133 beta which facilitates calling up to 8 concurrent callers.

In Order to take part in the calling an individual needs to have the latest version of iOS or Android beta update installed. So all the participants who wishes to experience audio or video calling must include the latest version. There are two options by which a person can initiate a call in the App. Either you can add the participants from your contact, if there are more than four participants in your call. Or a person can start a new group call available in the option.
