Samsung launches Galaxy A51 5G smartphone
In 2020 all the premium and flagship smartphones are launched with the feature of 5G but India has to wait for the same. The report suggested that Samsung was going to launch Galaxy A51 5G budget smartphone on May 7 which obviously didn't happen but finally Samsung has launched the Galaxy A51 5G in China which is available for pre-order at Jingdong.
Samsung had launched the Galaxy A51 back in December 2019 which now gets upgraded to Galaxy A51 5G. As per Hardware, the new version A51 5G processor is powered by latest Exyson 980 5G chipset with Mali-G76 MP5 GPU. It is equipped with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM which is further expandable. There is also an option of 3.5mm headphone jack.
The screen size is 6.5 inches with super AMOLED full HD+ display and 1080 x 2400 pixels screen resolution. The thickness of the body is 8.7 mm and the body weight of the device is 187 g with Gorilla Glass 3 screen protection. The rear of the body is made up of plastic, including the frame.
In terms of camera, there is 32 MP front selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture which enables 1080p video recording. The rear camera constitutes a quad camera set up with 48 MP of primary camera, 12 MP of ultra wide sensor, 5 MP of telephoto sensor and 5 MP of depth sensor, enabling the user to record video of 2160p. There is a presence of under display finger print sensor.
As per the battery usage, the Galaxy A51 5G has 4500 mAh battery capacity with an option of 15 W fast charging. The phone uses Android 10 Operating System and available in White, Black and Pink in color. The model is priced at 2999 Yuan (about Rs 32000) in China and expected shipping to start on 1st June 2020.
